Just found out that somebody took my song (Twilight) and posted it on Itunes and Spotify and changed the song name to Twilight Dubstep. What should I do?

Yo, I am having some technical difficulties with Fl Studio and generally my PC. I have a lot of files all over the place, therefore I am going to try to factory reset my PC. I need to organize more files so my workflow improves. Once I have got everything to work, I will continue to work on more future projects :D
